Since 1999 California Beach Club has evolved into both a suncare service studio in Central as well as product and service distribution firm within South-East Asia.

We're always looking for great part-time Customer Service Officers to add to our highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic team.

You will

• Thoroughly learn and understand our products, services, and administrative procedures within the probationary period, (3 months).

• Educate, advise, and service customers/members.

• Liaise and maintain relationships with business clients from sales area/desk.

• Assist Managers in both Service and Distribution with possibility for promotion.

• Participate in some Management meetings, with opportunity for contribution. A great learning opportunity.

• explore new service and operational initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency and effectiveness

You should

• have a Secondary education with customer service and/or clerical experience and skills, or Tertiary education with some service/administrative experiences, either professional, community service, or club.

• have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with good communication skills in English, Cantonese, and some Putonghua.

• be both disciplined and creative, as well as self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks independently.

• Have good computer and typing skills.

• be willing to work 8-9 hour shifts. Sat/Sun shifts may be in the capacity of Assistant Manager, providing an excellent learning opportunity.
